上海马杰克双语幼儿园宝山园于2020年开园，位于生态环境秀美的美兰湖板块内。学校总占地面积近5000平方米，园所生态环境良好，全园绿化覆盖率达到50%以上。

Magic International Kindergarten opened in 2020 and is located in the beautiful Meilan Lake scenic area in Baoshan district, in Shanghai. The school covers a total area of nearly 5,000 square meters, with the school being located in a great eco-friendly environment, with over 50% of the land being covered in greenery.

此外，园所具有一流的教育配套设备，园内配备十间教室、八间多功能活动教室，其中包括演奏厅、ECSTEM科探教室、建构教室、舞蹈教室、绘本馆、艺术工坊等，以及超大的户外运动场地，充分满足2—6岁幼儿对自然探索与认知学习的需求。

Magic Kindergarten is equipped with first-class educational premises, the school is comprised of ten classrooms, seven multi-functional laboratories, including a theater, an ECSTEM laboratory, an indoor gym, a danceroom, a creative art laboratory, a library, as well as large outdoor sports facilities, to fully meet the needs of young children of 2 to 6 years old and their natural sense of discovering, aimed to facilitate their cognitive learning.

Characteristic courses & educational themes

马杰克教育集团专注于儿童早期的双语启蒙教学以及综合国际素质教育，双语环境是马杰克幼儿园的一大教育特色。在引导幼儿“玩中学”的理念基础之上，开发出适合儿童发展的Magic Kids课程。

Magic Education Group focuses on bilingual formative teaching for early childhood as well as providing a comprehensive international high-quality education; this bilingual environment is one of the strengths of Magic Kindergarten. Magic International Kindergarten follows the premise of guiding children to "play and learn while in school", so that our “Magic Kids Curriculum” is suitable for a natural children's development.

同时，以《3—6岁儿童学习与发展指南》、《学前教育课程指南》为指引与基准，围绕特色主题及五大学科领域开展中英文主题活动。教学活动中以环境浸润文化，充分尊重幼儿的主导权，从而培养幼儿的学习习惯、阅读能力、探索精神，帮助儿童发展语言能力、提升综合素质、拓展全球化视野。在趣味性的教学中，幼儿养成了良好的生活学习习惯，在自由的空间成长，拥有自己独特的个性特征。

At the same time, Magic Kindergarten utilizes government accredited “Learning and Development Guide of Children aged 3-6” and “Preschool Education Curriculum Guide” as the pillar of our curriculum; Chinese and English activities are carried out around specific monthly themes and five subjects. During teaching activities, the school environment blends with local culture and international culture, while maintaining its focus on the children’s needs, so as to cultivate their learning habits, reading ability and ignite their spirit of discovery in a dynamic manner, as well as helping children to develop their spoken language ability, improve their comprehensive ability and grow a global vision of the world. By utilizing a style of teaching that is appealing to children, our children are able to develop good everyday habits and good learning habits, by letting the children grow up in a free space where they can develop their own unique personalities freely.

Professional faculty team

马杰克教师团队是马杰克双语幼儿园最为骄傲与自豪的。园所集优秀师资力量，特聘幼教经验丰富的中外籍教师，各项从业资质完备，教师团队在音乐、艺术、绘画、戏剧教育等领域都各有所长。音乐及科探特色课程教师均经过Stave House 以及CCC ECSTEM师资培训，具备教学资质，特色社团课程教师均为专业执教教练和教师，从而更进一步保障教育教学品质。

Our Magic Teaching Team is extremely proud of being part of Magic International Kindergarten. The school only employs teachers with excellent records, and pays special attentions of only employing local and foreign teachers with a rich experience in pre-school and early education. All Magic International Kindergarten teachers are accredited with several professional qualifications; our teaching team spans their skills in many subjects, such as music, creative arts, painting, early drama education and many others. Teachers specializing in music and STEM, all have accredited certificates and extensive teaching experience; our music teachers hold British early music school Stave House training certificates, while our STEM teachers hold an CCC ECSTEM diploma. Our sports coaches are all professionally trained and have years of teaching experience, so as to further ensure the quality of education and teaching does not stop at the academic side of it, but it also covers other ambits of education, such a sports and physical education.

同时，马杰克教育团队整合国内优质教学资源，与教师们共同制定专业教学职业规划，为教师们提供可持续发展的平台与支持（包括课程体系培训、教师三年发展规划等）。作为教育者，马杰克的教师们深知不断学习与提升的重要性，以终身学习为目标，积极参与各项课程培训、博览群书、外出游学等。老师们在不断丰富自己的学识，充盈自己人生的过程中，也把更好的学习体验带给了孩子们。

At the same time, Magic Education Team integrates local resources as well as international ones, to ensure an international learning environment at all times. Our teachers are required to further their professional teaching knowledge while working at Magic, which includes trainings and workshops throughout the years that are meant to provide teachers with a stable developmental platform, as well as creating a support system for their curricula (this includes curriculum development trainings, a 3-year syllabus planning, and other trainings). As educators, at Magic we also know the importance of constant learning and self-improvement; with lifelong learning as the main goal of our philosophy, we actively participate in these formative trainings, to constantly enrich our knowledge with the latest educational theories and methods, to give our students a better learning experience they will remember for a lifetime.
